New with lots of questions!

I'm new to this site because recently, my metabolism that used to let me eat whatever I wanted and still allow a toned and tight body has slowed down and I;m starting to become "fat skinny"

What workouts do you y'all suggest for a girl about 125 and 5'3" who wants to tone and tighten, not so much lose weight? I want to focus mostly on my butt, thighs and tummy.
