30 day shred and run/walk challange

ok so here is my goal and plans im going to do 30 day shred starting tomorrow morning and go for a run im starting with 1 mile every night. plus eating right lets see where i am in in 30 days. anyone who cares to join me please do. i would love to find a few others who want to all or part of this. let me know post here also if you are truly committed send me a message im going to start a spread sheet and i think a weigh in once a week is more then fine i dont care what day you normally weigh in at but message me or post here and i will update every week showing everyones results.
