I've been contemplating whether to post this or not for a while now, but I've been trying to make an educated guess for ages and I've found it really hard, so I figured I'd come to the experts!

In the food court where I work, many places sell low fat apple crumble yogurt (97% fat free to be precise).

It looks so absolutely delicious but I can't work out how many calories it would be, I can't find any information here or anywhere else, just an estimation of how much the yogurt would be on its own.

Can anyone give me some feedback or advice on what they think? My mouth waters every time I see it.

That's the only thing I could find and it looks pretty accurate.. Just keep in mind that most food items that come from any kind of restaurant or are prepackaged have more than one serving.. So you may have to double the nutritional information on that site, or just eat half :) Either way, it doesn't sound like it would be too bad for your diet, so just enjoy it and skip another snack that day or eat it with a protein shake as a meal.. hope that helps!

Thanks! I think I might do that, just double that nutrition information. Thanks for the tip, the yogurt looks quite filling anyway to enjoy as a meal. Now I can't wait for the next shift I have at work!
