hey everyone,
well in february i realised i was drastically out of shape and over weight so at first i decided i was going to diet and exercise. by may i had fallen in love and become addicted to weight training. 10 months on i have lowered my bodyfat % from 33, to around 11.5 currently. previously weighed 107kg, or 236lbs at 33%, currently weigh 187lbs at 11.5% meaning meaning 26kg of fat lost and 4.5kg approx of lean mass gained.
just looking to meet other people who are in similar shoes really. looking to lose the last 10lbs and get my six pack and to eventually start building more muscle.
first aim though is to lose 5-10lbs by february 2nd. which is my holiday date and pretty much 1 year from where i started this journey
