If you are worried about them comparing gifts wrap each of the presents separately, don't write their names on it and have them pick one out.

Now, that's using your head! You could get four of anything, candles, gift cards, scarves, Christmas ornament, coffee mugs, gift sets from World Market etc. If they are basically the same, this should work!
