Need help with my food diary!!

I know I am doing it all wrong, I feel stupid that I don't know ow to do it but can someone please help me?

Your diary doesn't look that bad, love! If you were able to get some exercise in there, you would have been totally okay with the amount you're eating. Have you considered trying lighter, low-fat salad dressing, or things like olive oil & vinegar or balsamic? The creamy ones aren't very good for you! So many calories for such a little amount.0

Buy more food and eat appx 1500-1800 calories a day.
You dont eat enough to foster a good relationship with your bodies mechansim to lose fat.
Especially if you work out 3-5 times a week.0 -
I would say it looks pretty good. one thing you could do is try to not use dressing with the full amount of fat and calories. there are a lot of lower calorie alternatives that are just as good. i see you got 260 calories from the dressing. you could eat something like peanuts or almonds and still have your dressing. think about things with good fats like nuts and nut butter, avacado, etc. think about which foods will give you the most bang for the calories so to speak. dressings and high sugar things will waste calories that could have made you feel fuller or more satisfied. but overall, i really don't think your diary is that bad. also,t ry to go for whole grains when you do eat breads and carbs.0
