what is a healthy food that honestly makes you super full

    vegetables. but u cn eat other healthy foods as well like they say oatmeal is healthy but i dnt like it so i eat chocolate weetabix
    thn banana for snack which is alot filling than my breakfast
    than its my lunch which is chicken breast sandwich from subways or i make my own tuna sandwich without any dressing but sometimes i do add barbecue sauce as it tastes good n is low in calories only 15 calorie in 1 tbsp
    thn its another snack which is normally nuts such as hazel nuts
    thn dinner is another sandwich like egg sandwich with geen veggies like pepper, lettuce cucumber if u follow dis diet ull lose weight in no time i did it last year n startng it again this year

    Fruit and nuts are the best for me. A hand full of nuts works really well as a snack.
    Vegetables, but you have to eat alot more.

    Egg White omelets with veggies.
  • LEAN protein and LOTS of veggies will do the trick.

    For me it was just cutting out junk food and white carbs. I didn't feel so hungry anymore. The good food I eat seems to satisfy me now. They are right when they say " eat right and you can eat more"!
  • Lean protein and veggies. Green tea. Can't go wrong with that.
