    I don't know if it's because my husband is an Army vet, or cause my grandpa fought in WWII, but these 2 songs always make me tingle all over & get teary eyed, and to me the lyrics represent what Christmas should be about.

    for traditional/religious Christmas songs, O Holy Night is my favorite by far, and for "fun" songs I would have to say Bob & Doug McKenzie's 12 Days of Christmas!

    I thought you were going to say "I'll be home for Christmas" :happy: Which reminds me how much I love that one (grandpa was in WWII too) - especially as sung by Bing Crosby.
    I really like Oh Holy Night, too.
