Any suggestions on something i could do to fill my daily goals...i have 400 cal remaining, 29 carbs remaining, 23 fat remaining,and im down -2 for protein...what are some foods low in carbs but higher in other areas?? i need to research my foods!

Im having a hard time finding foods are are a balanced mix of each...its always high in cal n carb and low in fat and protein....or opposite so no matter what im going over something ! ugh.

    Greek yogurt. High in protein (14 g). Zero fat to low fat depending on which you buy. Tastes great. Balanced carbs and protein.
