Grilled Whole Pork Loin Chops!

6 Whole Pork Loin Chops cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
6 tbsp Kraft Salad Dressing - Roasted Red Pepper Italian With Parmesan
1 tbsp Minced Garlic prepared (I use Spice World)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp Emeril's Bayou Blast Seasoning

Mix Salad Dressing, Garlic, lime juice, & Emeril's Bayou Blast in a
bowl. Place chops in a plastic container and pour on marinade (Use a
spoon or marinade brush to distribute evenly on both sides). Place
marinaded chops in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Grill chops for 12 minutes (6 minutes on each side). Internal temp of 170 degrees.

Serves 6

My wife makes these wonderful stuffed "Greek" pork chops. They are very lean and very good for you as well as tasty!
Boneless center cut loin chop (thick one)
Slice a pocket about 3/4 the way through.
On High Heat, Sear both sides of the chops and remove from heat. Set aside.
Saute diced onion (you choose how much you like)
    Minced Garlic, to taste
Chopped Spinach and pine nuts until nuts are browned and onion is translucent.
Add feta cheese (feta cheese is a dry much lower fat cheese)
Salt (go easy, cheese is salty) and pepper to taste.
Stuff Pork chops with the spinach mixture & hold closed with toothpicks.
Splash some balsamic vinegar into the pan to deglaze it. Replace the chops in the pan on high heat and allow the balsamic vinegar to coat and thicken on the chops.
Place into 350 degree oven for twenty minutes (covered)
I can't tell you how good these are! paired with a fresh Greek veggie salad they are good for you and really tasty.
