too many christmas treats at office.

It is so hard at this time of year with all of the temptations at the office. I am really trying to stay away from all of the office "treats" so I turn to MFP instead. I am trying to re-motivate myself since I havent made much progress over the past few weeks. I havent gained just maintained. I have gone back to exercising hoping that will give me the push I need, but so much of the hoidays are focused on food. Everywhere you look, break room, desk when you walk in, mail boxes etc.

    I agree, I succumbed today, a lavish work xmas lunch and still had a full dinner! Personnaly, I think it's fine to maintain at this time of year, as you say, so much about this time of year is about food. I think it's great to do the exercise. You will feel better for it, increase your metabolism, and earn more food calories, and be ready to hit the floor running weightloss wise after xmas.
