Hey MFP family, I just thought I'd share an inspirational story of my friend Vicky Mathis here in Brevard County, Fla. She started her journey about a year ago hesistant to take her first Zumba class. Now a year later and 100 pounds lighter, she's offering classes for people who are nervous about stepping into a class and starting their journey to a healthier life.
