I keep.. getting started then slacking off... Don't really have an excuse, I'd like to say I've been busy but I haven't, Not really anyway. Just stressed.. to stressed to, crack down and make a lifestyle change. Just like things to stay as stable as possible. But I'm tired of worrying over money and things and not doing anything about my... health. I don't gorge on junkfood or any of that, Hell, I usually don't like any of it. Not sure why I'm as large as I am. But I'm done, And this Time I'm going to do it.

o__O Probably not the best way to start off an introduction. Hi~ I'm always so embarrassed about loosing weight... like, exercising and such, but I'm also always embarrassed about how I look, or going shopping for clothes, eating out... eating in general, talking to someone, just... have no confidence when it comes to things like that I guess. So I'm going to say enough is enough and do something about it. I'm Heather, I'm 21 years old It's December-13-2011, and given the world stays in once piece this time next year I would love to be half my size, Or as close as health-ily possible.

Being an artist and a writer, as well as having a job that involves sitting and or riding in a truck all day, and living on the road, it's hard to find time to get up and move, though, just a year ago I worked in contracting and I didn't see any change in my weight. though finding this job I have, Only it's the opposite of anything one might want. Being less active now... I've gained weight. So Now I'm going to be moving and going when ever I get the chance, and having a high energy dog like I do, give me an extra excuse/ reason to get out there and just go.

Howdy people~ Happy to be here and happy holidays.

Welcome Heather!! Your story is not different that many of us here. I find that using myfitnesspal to track my food, excercise, and weight helps keep me honest and consistent. Goodluck!!!!
