I should add that my initial 22 lbs was lost prior to joining MFP. I then lost 10 lbs (doing the Shred) and took a break and gained some of those lbs back so I started hitting the gym 5 days a week every week and being more active around home. My goal is 150 lbs at this point but we'll see what happens with that. These pictures are 213 Start and 186 Current.0
