Annoying co-workers

What are the traits of your most annoying co-workers?

I think of this because of one guy who works on the opposite side of the office building, but will walk over to my desk to ask me about an email he just sent to me 5 minutes ago. I give him the "I-think-you-are-an-idiot" everytime he walks over here, but he's as clueless as they come.

    talk incessantly.
    talk about inappropriate stuff that they shouldn't be talking about at an office
    using their "connections" (meaning a parent who works there) to get special privileges.
