No they will not. They can change the look of your chest, and give you a more perky look. But it does not affect your breast tissue in any way. The breasts are supported by the Coopers ligament. If that is stretched do to lack of support it will cause the surrounding breast tissue to sag. Nothing can repair that other than surgery. Your best option is to work your pecs like you would anything else, maintain a healthy weight, and wear supportive bras. Surgically, a breast lift or a lift with implants can repair the look of your breasts after they have sagged.0

Haha, I don't have saggy breasts yet. I am 23 with some large ones. Just looking to make sure I treat my breasts right
