Getting back on track

Ok so I have been away and keep falling away from this site repeatedly... I don't know why but I just can't keep up with it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to stay on track... I have a wedding in June and its a beach wedding and I want to look amazing....

What had helped me is downloading the phone app. This way I don't have to log on on my computer but just add up my calories and exercise as I eat and workout.
I've seen good results when I do this.

Also, remember to log in as soon as you eat or workout so you don't forget!
