Hi :D well i lost 18lbs! and know im in a healthy range but still trying to lose like about e or 5 lbs. ok so i started having cheat days. 2 days once a week. and the days were (saturday and sunday). i had to have those cheat days because they were family days and mom ALWAYS made homemade cooking and alot of fatty foods. but the last weeks was really bad! i ate unhealthy and fatty food the whole week then when saturday and sunday came i ate really bad!!! i fell terriple just thinking about it right know. but know im back and i have been eating good for 2 days right know. today is tuesday. and i was wondering will it hurt my dieting to have cheat days on saturday and sundays then go back on to my diet monday-friday. this is what my cheat days are going to be starting this week

BREAKFEST: BREAD AND PEANUTE BUTTER, OR THIS BREAD MOM MAKES (WITH FLOUR, AND ALOT OF OIL!)

SNACK: A FRUIT

LUNCH: DEPENDS ON WHAT MY MOM MAKES

SNACK: COOKIES,CHIPS,OR SOME OTHER JUNK FOOD (BUT ILL TRY USING PORTION CONTROLL)

DINNER: ALSO DEPENDS ON WHAT THE FAMILY GOING TO EAT.

PLEASE DONT TELL ME THAT I CANT EAT WITH MY FAMILY, OR TRY GETTING THE JUNK FOOD OUT.
AND I DONT REALLY KNOW HOW MANY CALORIES ANYTHING HAS BECAUSE WERE FOREIGHN SO WE MAKE ALOT OF HOMEMADE STUFF!!!! AND IF U WANA REALLY HELP ME COULD U ADD ME AND ON MY CHEAT DAYS ILL SEND U WHAT IM GOING TO EAT AND I ALSO NEED MOTIVATION. SO YA ILL APPRICIATE IT VERY MUCH :)

First thing - no need to SHOUT, it's hard to read, and considered bad manners online.

If your family meals are important to you, then just log them in (estimating the calories is fine) and see how they fit into your week overall. If eating a big amount on the weekend means that you are WAY over your calories for the week, then you are going to have to rethink how you deal with these days if you want to lose weight.
If you find that you are still under your maintenance calories for those weekend days, then you should still lose weight, it just won't be as fast, but I think that's a good trade off if you value the family meals.

And personally I wouldn't call them "cheating" - who are you cheating, yourself? If that is the way your family eats then that is part of life and you have to work out a way to fit that into a healthy lifestyle. It sounds to me as though portion control is going to be your best option, unless you have the option to start contributing a few different dishes to the family meals which would give you something healthier to eat.
