Hi all. I'm a natural pro bodybuilder since 2009 and am seeking to continue this route in the future. Setback tho, early this year I suffered from a crushed sciatic nerve. Had surgery in June and am in recovery. I'm doing much better and am concentrating on recovery. I still manged to hold on to a good physique but won't be training like I used to for a while. My goals are to train on core and keep up good eating habits. I've competed in several bodybuilding shows and trained a handful of people. I here to share my experiences alike. So let's get this going! :)
