Workouts that don't involve knees?

Hey everyone. I just came back from the doctor about an injury that I got while running last week (my first day of c25k week 2) and apparently I have an tendonitis from overuse. He said not to do any exercise that involves my knees until it goes away, and when that happens I can't run for a while (I have to do the elliptical). Right now both of my knees are in a lot of pain, but I really want to get at least some sort of exercise in since I haven't in over a week. Do you guys have any advice for cardio? I know what do do weight training wise, but I can't figure cardio out. I also don't like swimming (for many reasons), so if you have other suggestions that'd be awesome

You can see if your library carries Tae Bo. You can only do the boxing part of Tae Bo. If you don't want to do Tae Bo, see if the library carries other boxing workouts or even chair or bed workouts.0

There are a few threads on this if you do a search, but the Grinder, boxing, upper body resistance (weights) training are all good. Given that there is no impact you might also be ok on a bike - but get an expert opinion on this one.0
