I personally love curves. A thin FLAT waste with breasts, thicker legs, and a booty! haha i dont want to be skinny minny by ANY MEANS!! It just wouldnt be me... Everything on me needs to be smaller but i really dont want to lose much of my breasts and bum! Someone told me strenth training will keep these things around...like squats and stuff...is this true? Should i try and loose weight first and THEN work on getting certain body parts how i want them? Im all about losing weight i need to do that first and for most but i would like to keep curves!.....suggestions?
