Healthy Christmas Recipes?

Hi! My plan for surviving the holidays is to bring healthy dishes to all of my engagements so I am not at the mercy of everyone else's high-calories foods. Does anyone have a healthy recipe that would also be "glamorous" enough for a Christmas dinner? Thanks in advance for sharing!
