6 Week vacation..how to maintain it?

In February & March I'm going to 4 different countries in Asia. It will be an inconvenience trying to workout and watch my diet but in minimum I have to at least maintain my weight and stamina (running). I can't really find any hotels which has a complete gym and workout center unlike the hotels here in the US. I'm also going to different areas and probably will not be in the major cities. I don't want to run in the parks due to the unfamiliar environment

Has anyone went on a long vacation and work out? I wouldn't be worried if this was a week long since it's probably not going to do anything but this is 6 weeks!! :happy: :mad:

    Eating sensibly shouldn't be too difficult I'd imagine. I've never been though.
    As far as work outs- bring a jump rope, a resistance band, and Google exercises you can do at home. Print them out or write them down. You may just have to put running on pause or ask around for safe places to run.
