I normally run 4-5 times a week for a 30-35 minute stretch. Is this enough cardio to supplement strength training? My main goal is to become lean and lose excess weight which is why is signed up for MFP so im very regular as far as monitoring my diet is concerned. The results so far have been good but i want to up the ante and see if I can push myself more to get faster results.

Cardio and strength training are two different things. I don't think you can supplement one for the other.

It's hard to do both because they are complete opposite. In order to lose weight you need to lower your calorie intake and put in some cardio. But in order to gain muscle your calories need to be higher.
