Great resource I found tonight. Mostly common sense but this makes nutrition much clearer.

    Some of them make sense, others don't, and it seems like someone got lazy or wasn't paying attention because they repeated the same things a few times.

    I was also sort of expecting a post about periods.

    Oh I didn't even notice. Good catch. Well repetition isn't necessarily too bad. I've been really trying to cut the high fructose corn syrup.

    Periods...naw...no fear. That's easy. The PMS ohhhh nooo that's HELL!!!

    It sucks that high fructose corn syrup is cheaper so it gets used instead of sugar in a lot of things.

    Did you notice that whole dairy products are listed as poor and fair?

    I think they're supposed to be repeated, because some of them fit under multiple categories (like peanut butter, which is both a fat and a protein).

    The one that got me was refined honey. I didn't even know that existed. What makes honey refined?
