If I exercise and eat my 1420 calories a day but don't sleep That much at night. Like right now it's 2. And I'll sleep til the Bf goes to work which differs on the days. Ill wake up then go back to sleep til 12 or 1 in the afternoon am I maybe getting to much sleep or not enough. And does it affect weight loss? Cause I kinda been stuck even though I been working out longer..any advice to go with the answer to this. Please and thank you

I have a hard time sleeping as well....Whatever time I get up though is the start of my day (at least to me lol) and it continues until I go to bed. I've still been losing weight. Not sure if I was any help at all, but I tried lol And btw...best of luck to you with your weight loss journey0
