The FBB or NROW for Women?

I just ordered both the New Rules of Weightlifting for Women and The Female Body Breakthrough. Similar plans, both created by a Cosgrove. Either will be super-challenging for me at my present level of fitness. For those who have used them, is there a recommendation for which one would be the best one to start with?
Also, what type of results did you get with them?
