3Ds!? What are they!?

I've checked out every 3Ds post on here and I still haven't found a solid answer to it. I understand it's some kind of workout but that's it. Can someone please explain?

3DS stands for 30 day shred: dvd workout by Jillian Micheals. The concept is: 3 circuits of 3 min strength, 2 min cardio and 1 min abs. There are 3 levels, each of which should be done for 10 days, for a total of 30 days.0
