So which one of SB's are you doing? I thought we were doing the first one next. Did I miss a day? I did my upper body yesterday and was going to do plyo to day. Should I do her latest posted one? I'm not sure on some of the exercises either-what they are that is. You have to remember some of us aren't HIIT Gurus like you guys!:drinker:0

i had to google a lot of that stuff! i'm totally lost on most of this exercise speak! but i can tell you what a "3/4 shimmy layered over basic arabic 4" is! maybe i'm on the wrong board...:laugh:0 -
What about everyone else, How did you guys do on monday or tuesday? I know seven people said they were definitely in, but I only saw responses from SB, me, Cor, and Chrissy. What about the other guys?

Sorry Hot! I missed you there. My bad. To answer your question, do the one SB posted on page 4 (I guess we should start a new post for each new session huh?)
You can do any one you like. But if you do the most current one, you're sure to confuse your muscles (which results in a higher burn and more fat burn.)0 -

I added an extra set of plyo pushups and plank pushups to it cuz I didn't get quite the upper burn I wanted, but damn, that was pretty good SB! Course now my arms and legs are all shaky and it's hard to type.0 -

Yup, my hands have finally stopped shaking, but everytime I get up, I feel heavy...it's hard to get out of my chair! My legs just feel weak, but I feel great!

This is great motivation and I look sooo forward to this. I'll go with the circuit one today. Gotta look up some of the moves though. I have a program made up when you guys want to do one. Don't know what it'll be like but....What can you guys do now so I don't eat crap at night?:indifferent:0 -

Wait a few on posting your's hot, I think we may want to start a new post for each week. Cuz this'll get aweful long if we don't.
BTW guys, if I CAN (we'll see if the legs recover enough), I'm gonna do the tabata protocol tomorrow. I've been dying to try it. It's suppose to be mega hard core, but we'll see. The Tabata dude snagged this workout from a trainer for the Japanese Olympic speed skater team and came up with this protocol (he was a doctor and research scientist). It's fast (which I like), but you are supposed to have days of after burn with it. I dunno, but I know I'm taking friday off anyway, so I figured I'd give it a shot.

To do Good Mornings w/ a row, you just use dumbbells. Do the GM while holding the DB's, row when you're at the bottom, and come back up.

I did no prob. Actually tried out some of my ideas too and w/o for 90 min-1023 cals! I found yours harder Banks, but SBs was awesome for muscular endurance. I got some great ideas. Let me know when you want it posted.:drinker:0

Today's my "easy" day. Non-hardcore day. But it's my distance run day too. I'll let you guys know how it goes - I'm hoping that going my normal 6.0mph will now feel like a light jog!0
