We don't have family here (just the 4 of us), so my only temptations will be whatever I make. My downfall is sweets, but I can't NOT make cookies for Christmas time. So I'll just have to be very observant of how many I eat instead of eating them all day long!
Exactly have to make cookies at Christmas its not a holiday if you do not especially if you have children. Since there is only 3 of us I sent 1/2 of my cookies to the local soup kitchen for the homeless for their dinner. That way I do not eat them.0 -

Sheesh... where do I even begin!
I will be eating all of these things... honey-baked ham, hashbrown casserole, mushroom bisque, a truckload of cheese and crackers, various dips, cinnamon rolls, stuffed strawberry french toast, sausage-cheese breakfast casserole, beef tenderloin with mushroom sauce, various cookies, chocolate truffles, and cheesecake. I will also partake of wine and champagne.
I might not count calories at all the 24th-26th while I'm off visiting family for the holidays. I can get back to business when I get home. Three days isn't going to hurt me. :-)0 -
