It's been Four months....And I really feel like I've failed.

My whole plan of losing weight. I stop counting calories working out and even trying to lose weight, I feel so let down by myself and really sad! I just want to do something were can be proud of my self.

I really need motivation! I was doing so amazing in the summer but I fell off the diet and gained 15 pounds now! I need motivation and help desperately getting my life and diet back in control!!

Please some one give me some words of wisdom!

  • This time of year is hard on alot of people.If you live somewhere cold, you're stuck inside, not alot of excerising. It's easy to sit down and "graze"..eating alot of nothing good and doing it way too often. I know it sounds supid and funny but do you like to dance?
    When the house is empty, crank up the music and dance while cleaning or while in the shower. As you're dancing, do a few squats, toe touches, and wave those arms around over your head! Work up a good thirst and treat yourself to ie cold glass of water! Cold drinks will help kick in your metabolism. You're a pretty girl! Smile, laugh and do the old stupid excerises like jumping jacks. Once you get back into the good mood, snack healthy. A handful of dry cereal gives you the crunchy chewy "need to eat" satisfaction. And when the first few pounds fall off, its easier to say "wow, I CAN do this"..we're here for you!
