That sounds really good! If you like using oats and you're big on protein...one of my new favorite breakfasts is breakfast tacos with turkey bacon, or a bowl of oatmeal with peanut butter and a banana. Got these ideas from my MFP friends and love them!

Not a chance...even reading about eating raw eggs makes me feel sick. I won't even eat raw cookie dough because it has uncooked eggs.

I eat my oats raw. I often wondered if they digest the same way or not....I just do it because I'm hungry in the morning and can't wait for the water to boil.

I know some things are better for you if you cook them a little (steamed broc for example). I think, at least that is what I read, unitl the experts come up with some new contradictory scientific findings.

You should watch the episode of "My Strange Addiction" where the gentleman age raw meat...He had parasites growing in him that he didn't even know about. Be careful!

I love eggs but not fond of them raw. I've eaten small raw quail eggs on sushi and that was a bit hard to get down, not bad tasting but just didn't like the yucky consistency... and not a big fan of oats either, so no... that wouldn't be something I'd want to eat. I'll try anything once though. I'm pretty open-minded about food... but those eggs would need to be farm fresh and organic!!

Cook the eggs and I probably would. But that would add up to alot of calories for me.

unless you just like the taste, no advantage to eating eggs raw...

I grind raw oats in coffee grinder and put em in my protein shakes

No. I think safety dictates that chicken placenta be cooked.

Yes, but I'd substitute the eggs with either more whey or some soy, and I'd add some fruits and maybe some green veggie juice from my juicer.
