What would they be?
Since calories, fat content, carbs, sodium, sugars etc. Are an issue, what are your ultimate favourite/ go to meals that you live on to hit your macros?
Now if you can be bothered also put what the calorie contents of said meals are
I have just started paying closer attention to Macros, and I am struggling to hit them and stay within my new (Higher) calorie goal.
Thanks for your suggestions!

Also it's good to throw some broccoli in. I get the steamer bags of broccoli and steam it almost all the way through, then throw it in with all the other stuff near the end.
I had this last night, it's dinner again tonight.0 -
Since it's you, I actually came to read it :-)
My homemade guacamole 233 calories per serving and amazing levels of potassium. Not sure about the other two...will have to think on it.0 -

I find it funny that the "Fat food" pick three is blowing up and there are just the 4 of us here on the make it healthy thread.
Even on a fitness site fat is easier to get
