RECIPE for a healthy lunch
hey .. a great recipe for a lunch.... I make it for enough for a couple sandwiches..... 2 chicken breasts cooked and chopped small, 1 apple diced , 1 celery stick diced, and about 2 tbs light mayo , add seasoning as you wish ( pepper)...its fruit ,veg, and protien( chicken) ...the key is to put more on to over power the bread your intaking .. i e at least a cup of the chicken salad per 2 slice of THIN hole wheat bread . yum yum
