I havent worked out in months...School been keeping me busy and stress that
I binge when am stress...I need to be the same person with that losing weight goal

    What motivated you in the first place?
    When you hit your first goal,how did that make you feel?
    If you do not have time to work out, then walk, If you have a car park it far and walk, take the stairs when ever possible.

    Take it one day at a time.

    I agree with marisol, take it one day at a time! It's not easy but you can do it, think about becoming more healthy, not just losing weight! Good luck! :happy:
