Hello all!
I love this site! I am looking to lose 15 + pounds. If I lose 20 pounds, I will be back to my pre-pre pregnancy weight (that would be two children ago and the oldest one is eight! :-) ). My BMI is over the healthy range at 26 and I want to get well within that healthy BMI range.
Anyhow, I love reading about everyones' tips and advice; that's helping me get motivated!!!
I guess my biggest downfall is hunger in the afternoon and evenings, before dinner. I seem to lose control when I get really hungry during those hours, so I would love some feed back on what everyone does to control that afternoon hunger??
I've just recently started an at-home excersize routine. I am getting up at 5am (UGH!) to excersize for thirty minutes before getting ready for work. I try to do a combo strength and cardio routine. Right now I am doing lots of jumping jacks because that is something what I can do without equipment. I would love some feedback on everyones favorite cardio excersizes.
I really like walking/jogging outdoors, but now that the cold and early darkness hit, I feel like i've been forced to put that on hold until better weather/hours![:/ :/](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/confused.png)
