Time to up my calories?

I've been at 1200 now for about 6 weeks, and lately I've started to get quite lethargic. When I work out, I've been struggling more in the last week or so.
I eat back most of my exercise calories, so It can't be that...
But, is it time I should up it to about 1300 or something ??

I bumped mine up from 1200 to 1400 about a month ago. I was feeling extremely tired aaaalll the time. I feel better now with the net 1400 calories. I would try that for a minute and see how it works for you.0

Definitely try it out for a couple weeks and see if you feel better.0

It might be a good idea to take 1-2 weeks off of dieting and working out altogether0

I would also say yes. I think 1300 is a great starting point and see how that goes. As time goes by and you get closer to your target weight you may want to up them again.
Good luck on your journey.0 -

I would say your body is telling you that it needs more calories, yes.
I recommend you give your self an extra 200 calories a day and good 4 weeks to see how you feel with that change.
Good luck, let us know how this works for you!0
