Hello! I am new to (actually using) MFP and am excited to make a change and stick to it! I used to play football in college then got lazy. So I am no stranger to hard work and dedication. Hopefully by staying involved with groups and having a support community I can make this happen! I want to drop 100lbs in the long run, but most importantly is 30lbs by March. We are heading to Big Sky MT for a snowboarding trip and I am worried since I haven't been to the mountains in three years and only workout off-and-on I am way to out of shape for the trip.
