2011 Ups and Downs

Last year my SO got me into the MFP and it's been a up and down year. I am still down 30 lbs but should be down 50. I can only blame myself because each time there has been weight gain is when we stopped using MFP and not exercising and eating right. So when I was down 50 I was following MFP and hiking up a mountain everyday. When I stopped following I gained. So here is my testimonial if you follow the plan, eat healthy, exercise, and have a support system you will succeed. Don't let set backs get in your way or give up. Get back on the wagon each time you fall off.
