  • Mix some Thai Chili Sauce with a little ginger and some soy sauce and put it over the salmon and then bake it. It is spicy, but delicious!

Do a quick marinade - olive oil (even vegetable works), lemon juice, salt and peper. Marinade the salmon for a bit. Bake it in a foil covered glass container for about 45 or til flaky. Cook up some rice, and use the leftover cooked marinade over the rice. DELISH!

I have had salmon only a few times at a buffet at the casino near me. I like it alot. Don't turn up your nose at the thought of buffet fish, its a very very good buffet.

I recently bought some frozen salmon filets to try and make some myself. I don't have access to a grill so baking is my only real option. Keep the recipe ideas coming!

Pan fry in dry pan for (depending on thickness) About 3 min a side. When salmon is done Brush both sides with a little Mustard or Barbeque sauce and sear each side for 10 seconds.

Marinade it in teriaki or caribean jerk marinade, bake, broil, or pan fry it in a hot skillet (I prefer cast iron)

Place salmon fillet on tin foil, add one of the following, lemon juice, or dry white wine - about a tablespoon, or sweet chilli sauce.

Wrap salmon in the foil so water cannot get in, and place i a pan of boiling water, reduce to simmer and cook for about 5 minutes. Delish with rice and peas, or new potatoes and veg.
