I only regret taking my first pictures in my undies...oh well! ;-)

Before/After Measurements taken 12/14/11 (start date: 11/11/11)

- Weight: 120.2 (-3.4 lbs)
- Biceps: 10.5” (-0.5”)
- Waist above belly button: 25.5” (-1”)
- Waist below belly button (“love handles”): 31.5” (-0.5”)
- Butt: 35.5” (-1.5”)
- Thighs: 22” (-1”)
- Above knees: 15” (-1”)
- Calves: 13.5” (-0.5”)
- Bust: 32” (-1”)
- Under boobs: 29” (-2”)

I did each level for 10 days. In addition to doing the videos, I also did 30-60 minutes of cardio (elliptical, bike) 5-7 days/week and 60-90 minutes of hot yoga 1 day/week.

    OMGOSH!!! You look absolutely frigging amazing!!! What a huge difference! Wow, I think you seriously just kicked my butt into gear!! I've tried to start the 30DS twice now, but keep slacking (although I've been keeping with my cardio in the gym). But wow. Congrats. You look super fantastic! and Thanks for the super uber motivation!!!

    Freakin amazing! Makes me wanna do the shred again when I am closer to my goal! I did it and had good results after 30 days...but you really notice the shred when someone has lower body fat!!!

    I have a question. I have a couple ruptured disk in my back, but would consider doing the 30DS if it didn't have any sit-ups in it. Does it have sit-ups in it?

    Yes, abs are in each circuit and some of them include sit ups/crunches. There are modifications for all of the moves, but I guess in your case a modified sit up is still a sit up.

    Thank you for your response. I can probably do the modified exercises. I am not one to whine about my back and I basically believe that strenghtening the abs will help with my back issue. I do yoga, tai chi, and walk a treadmill and have noticed a great difference in regard to my back issue. I will have to get this program.
