I heard this show on the the radio last night and I thought this would be of interest to some people here. It speaks to some of the reasons why some of us struggle with weightloss.

"Alcoholism. Respiratory disease. Cancer. Obesity. We're told that these can be the results of genetics, stress and poor nutrition.
