I hate bodybuilding. I truly, honestly, hate bodybuilding.
I hate having to go to the gym when by muscles ache,
I hate having to do cardio when I'm tired and hungry.
I hate being tired and hungry.
I hate being full and bloated from too much food.
I hate sleeping shi*ty 'cause of work, then having to hit the gym.
I hate getting sick and then having to skip the gym.
I hate having to measure and count every gram of everything I eat and drink.
I hate having to prove to myself that I'm better than I was yesterday.
I hate having to get to the gym and feeling a ridiculous pump in my arms, legs, chest, back, wherever.
I hate going up in my lifts, realizing that I was stronger than I was before.
I hate backing off on the ego lifts, and doing lifts the way they're supposed to me done.
I hate getting to eating ice cream and PB and J sandwiches after cutting, cause my metabolism is through the roof at that point.
I hate the temporary relief of not having to stuff myself when cutting time comes.
I hate the fact that I don't use drugs, so I still have my health to be thankful for.
I hate the fact that my family and friends love me and support me in everything I do, even if they poke fun at it a little.
I hate looking like I lift.
