Hi Everyone!
I have struggled with weight for as long as I can remember and have built up some pretty amazing food issues (if I do say so myself). I have tried ww a few times (usually after having a baby) and it worked fantastically the very first time when I had only one little baby to tend to. Now, 5 years later, I have two boys with special needs and a husband who now works out of town. I get lonely and sad and then voila...eat...eat...eat!
I suddenly stopped fooling myself and saw how I really look...50lbs overweight and thought..Ok girl, this stops NOW! I am hopeful that this site will be helpful b/c it is so easy! Adding food is so easy, no writing it down, no self calculations...just way easier. Also, no meetings to drag two uncooperative boys to....
I am committed, even over Christmas, to becoming healthier. I ate aS I ususally do the first day on this site and discovered that I ate 947 calories over what I should have! OMG!
