    That is so incredible - you must feel so proud!!

    I know what you mean about the last bunch... I've lost almost 80 pounds in two years and am really struggling with the last 20-30 pounds. This weight/fat has been on my body for so long (18+ years), it's like it doesn't want to let it go - maybe that's silly but it feels true.

    Keep up the good work, you can do it!!
