Eating better...and i've gained TWO POUNDS?!

So... I will be honest...I usually eat the worst food for me. Seriously food such as pizza, toaster streudels, cheeto puffs, fatty caramel macchiattos, etc.


However, these last two days I haven't been eating amazing, but so much better than usual.
Went to red robin - had a kids burger and fries instead of my usual Teriyaki burger.
Went to a mexican restaurant - had fajitas instead of my usual cheesy enchiladas! (by the way no flour tortillas for me and i did NOT eat ALL the chips as usual...)


Weight myself this morning and I am now two more pounds then I was...so un-motivating. I mean my birth control is off..i'm going off of it because I have no use for it so i've been spotting (sorry TMI) but I usually lose a few while on my period not gain..

    Your weight can fluctuate due to many different reasons. It isn't likely because of what you ate the last two days. Unless it was very high in sodium in which case it might be water weight.

    They might have been! That could be it. I hope its just water weight :(

    Drink lots of water to flush out the salt. My diet has too much sodium and I'm trying to be more conscious of not just the calories, but the salt. Most restaurant foods are way overboard on the salt.
