I Need a little Motivation help

I am looking to find anybody who is 5'7 to about 5'9 who used to weigh in the 300's and has lost a significant amount of weight. Will you post a before and after shot and hopefully it can help me to get more motivated and maybe even help other people who see this thread????? hmmmm whatdya say? I know similar posts have been made but, I need people who are around my height and weighed the same to help me to see my way to motivation.

    drink alot of water....all the time, no juice no beer no soda and No Liquor!

    I'm 5'8" and was 390lbs in Sept 09. Now I'm hovering between 201-205. So you get the idea.

    I am 5'7 and was 227 lbs in 2008. Not quite 300, but not far away either!
    My after pic is me now, 2011 and 133 lbs.
