Why is it that when we look at ourselves in the mirror, our reflection usually looks so much better than when we see ourselves in a picture? My high from my recent weight loss is now gone... 1 picture was all it took.

Agreed. depending on angle and lighting i can look fantastic! (well, relative to reality!) cameras however do not lie. that's why I started a powerpoint with pics...(and included a video of the 'brick layer' body)
