    I'm shocking with my teeth, I brush in the morning and floss once in a blue moon... I am well aware I should do better. Maybe one day...

    You can do it Eleanorjaneth! It takes 14 days to start a habit/routine. The earlier you start, the quicker itll just become second nature. Start by brushing twice a day, once in the morning and right before bed, and when you have that down, add in your flossing before bed. I floss before bedtime. I do it before I brush my teeth so I cant be lazy and talk myself out of it. You honestly feel so much better with how cleaner you feel once you get into the habit.
    Make it a night time routine! It only takes a few minutes :)
