Has anyone used this workout program? And if so, do you like it? Is it worth it?
I currently do only cardio with running and walking and need to incorporate some strength training for once.
I wanted to do some kettle bell or is it ball? workouts and saw this at Target but have never heard of anyone talk about it.

I did get the Kettle Worx back in the spring. I have done it a handful of times. It does come with a a beginners DVD, but I really want to take a beginners class so I know I am doing the moves exactly right.0

Any kind of Kettle bell exercise is AMAZING!!! Watch some videos on how to position yourself so you don't get hurt, but it's basically cardio and strength training in one. Trust me... 10 minutes into it and you'll be huffing and puffing.0
